"We ordered chef's freehand course, 4 dishes 1 dessert. It was all too good! It was fish based course from appetizer to second, which perfectly matched to the warm weather on the day. They also served us the recommended wines by the glass for each and every dish, which also perfectly matched!! Very warm staff and great foods by the chef. Interior was cool, mid-century taste. "We had a really good lunch today at Il Trovatore. The food was excellent as well as the service. They are located very close to the centro and a short walk to the cathedral and the national gallery. We look forward to going back the next time we are in Parma."

"Ristorante un po' nascosto, vicino alla stazione. Interno pulito e sobrio. Diversi menu per il pranzo a prezzo fisso. Pensando che sarei potuto tornare per un'abbuffata di tortellini, proposta per il giovedì sera, ho preso dei fusilli zafferano zucchine e speck. Pasta di buona qualità e cotta al punto giusto, lo zafferano e lo speck si sentivano poco, ma soprattutto le zucchine, praticamente crude, lasciavano la pasta secca e insipida. Probabilmente i tortellini mi avrebbero soddisfatto maggiormente. Servizio freddino ma professionale"
