The texture and flavor of the dishes are perfect....Lamb rice dish is sumptuous!!! On the other hand, attention to the service temperature in the main vegetarian room supposed to be hot served cold in the room: really damage to the job! ...Customer review: the dressage presentation of this vegetarian plate can be further improved even if the fact of working seasonal vegetables is not always obvious...I am demanding on the details but especially very faithful to the Sayset house for generations because it has always been able to abound the tradition...
