L'Olivier de Provence

Nice restaurant with quite a large variety and choice. Personal service, food quality good. Ravioli plate was very large, a little bit too heavy perhaps. The desset plate was a good choice.

Went to this bistro with friends on a Wednesday night and loved the atmosphere and the food. The tomato tartare with burrata is excellent. There are options for vegetarians. Ask if you don't see them.

An excellent restaurant in Carouge with a great service. Really happy of our evening. The formule of starters, entree and dessert at a certain price is great and allow you a gastro meal at a reasonable price for Switzerland!

Ich empfehle dieses Restaurant in Carouge sehr. Die alte Steineinstellung, das aufmerksame Personal und vor allem die traditionellen oder neu interpretierten, köstlichen Rezepte von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert machen einen großartigen gastronomischen Moment aus.

It's a nice Carouge restaurant, I have been for lunch and dinner. At lunch I had the plat du jour wich was very nice and reasonably priced. Went back for dinner but the food was just average and having chosen from la Carte we ended up paying quite a fortune. The service was nice and efficient.

Die Karaffe Wasser für 8 Franken, Essen für 600 Franken! Familienmahlzeit für 5 Personen, das Kalbsschnitzel ist gut, das vegetarische Risotto ist in Ordnung, der exorbitante Preis von 600 CHF, zwei Flaschen Wein und Dessert. Das i-Tüpfelchen, der Kellner hat uns 8 CHF für die Karaffe Wasser berechnet, das ist armselig! Das Olivier de Provence hat seine einstige Herrlichkeit immer noch nicht wiedergewonnen.

As the Olivier de Provence was closed for a while, we decided to go back for another (what we believed) good experience... it was not.I made a reservation for two. When we arrived we were asked if we made a reservation and were took away before we even said yes by the maître d'. He sat us right in front of the kitchen window. The waitress, a young woman, came to us with no warmth and little menu knowledge. We ordered the food and wine. She came back got us the wine and forgot the water. She had no energy whatsoever. We were able to experience four staff members with the same attitude. The scallops carpaccio with truffle was delightful, the tartare de saumon was tasteless, the onglet had no t...
