ordered 2 coffees to go, fast service and so a smooth, rich coffee that had a great taste profile. we visited the north coast and this is a place we will visit each time from here.

Staff are very friendly and enthusiastic about the range of coffees available. A must visit stop for coffee enthusiasts. Food is also great, featuring locally produced sourdough bread.

Smallest takeaway cups ever, got two coffees and tray bakes, all served in takeaway boxes and cups, why? We where only sitting outside. Guys you’re charging plenty, a proper cup or larger takeaway cup would make all the difference. Tray-bakes tasted better than they actually looked.

this place is phenomenal. the best breakfast I had on my trip. the brunchbar was so good, I love the mix of the wobble jam and hollandaise sauces. my wife also loves her bee sticks. we sat in the open space above and enjoyed the quiet atmosphere with acoustic music at a correct loudness level. All three employees with whom we interacted were super friendly and personal. great place, highly recommended.

Portstewart cafe excellent quality of good but marred by the lack of plate and cutlery ! It was provided in a cardboard box with wooden knife and fork (not really adequate to the job of cutting up toast and I had to deconstruct the box to get at it). Only when leaving did I see people eating from real plates and with metal cutlery! What on Earth had we done to deserve that service? Understandable if it was a takeaway but it wasn’t. But the quality of the food was good avocado with chilli and feta cheese. I recommend it but best eaten with the correct utensils!

At first glance the place looks good but upon ordering the cracks begin to show. The gluten free pancakes listed on the menu don't exist if only in word form. The customer service isn't great with a its your privilege to be eating in such an establishment attitude. The cardboard boxes and wooden cutlery provided are impractical and if offered for the sake of the environment then separate bins should be provided to recycle the pathetic stuff at the very least. Not sure why the place is so busy but I suppose we all need something to post on social media. Lovely location which is what makes the whole thing a real pity
