I would like to post this review for the restaurant, we did not stay in the hotel. We had a delicious evening. A charming setting, a very nice concert. a warm welcome and service. a delicate menu, prepared with fresh products, each dish accompanied by a good wine. We've been having fun!

I ate in the restaurant twice. Very friendly and hospitable staff. Food is delicious. You get an amuse-bouche on the house. Asparagus salad is very good. The langoustine chocolates with risotto are divine. Good prices. Chic-romantic atmosphere inside. Delicious Chardonnay drunk from Mas Lafon from Ayveron. bottle just over 30€.

Deuxième visite à l’Oustal del Barry et encore un magnifique moment dans un magnifique endroit. Chaque étape dîner +nuit laisse un souvenir inoubliable… Accueil exceptionnel, personnel aux petits soins, cadre très soigné… Merci au chef pour ces plats aussi beaux que bons, des mises en bouche aux gourmandises tout était incroyablement excellent Je recommande bien évidemment et nous reviendrons… Speisekarte ansehen

on avait réservé pour le dimanche après la St Valentin Accueil parfait , le démarrage fut un peu long , mais après ce fut un régal ... (voir les photos il y avait quelques temps qu'on n' était pas revenu , la décoration a été refaite , c'est super (cocooning , apéritif , mise en bouche , entrée , viande ou poisson , fromage, et dessert , 1 bouteille de vin et 2 cafés pour 117 € , rien à dire ... je vous le recommande , nous reviendrons , merci pour tout !

We stayed one night. Very warm welcome, pleasant room, very beautiful view of the castle from our balcony. Hearty breakfast. The hotel is well located on the village street. So for the hotel it's okay. Unfortunately we reserved a table at the restaurant in the evening. The starter was not risotto as described, but poorly cooked, hard and dry rice. After the very poorly designed dish, lukewarm, not great taste and poorly cooked veal. It's a shame because it was to celebrate a birthday, I don't recommend this restaurant.

I may not be familiar with this kind of kitchen or mix the flavors. the menu is imposed and there is no choice .50 euros with a flat agreement and wine. the half-cuit foie gras accompanied by all kinds of flavors I would say damage, when to the white wine of cahors that goes with I say no for me it is the good wine that goes with. the fish dish was excellent and the same wine as the fat time was better, but I don't think the white cahors is a great wine. at least this one. The cheese was a roquefort breeze and again I say damage. chocolate dessert was very goodglobal there were very good dishes of others a little less but it is especially the flat wine deal that I did not find very good serv...
