This is a fantastic coffee shop in Burton with delicious food, drinks, and excellent service. It's definitely worth a visit.

I love this place and if you want the best chocolate milkshake you ever tasted....with an additional amount of baileys, if you want, this place is the one. and the lemon drop cake is a dream. I don't dare to bury it very often, but if I do, I can't resist making a trip to the small case coffee shop.

Fantastic Afternoon Tea, staff were helpful attentive. Food was delicious. We weren't the easiest of parties to cater for! There were numerous phone calls with menu changes and last minute alterations. Nothing was too much trouble. Had the scrambled egg with salmon and it was absolutely scrumptious. I couldn't walk past the kronuts, they are ultimate naughty pleasure. Brought some for my children and hubby and I've never seen something demolished so quickly... yum yum yum.. thankyou so very much to the lowercase cafe and bluebell bakery for making them. Very friendly staff also, promised my kids that I will take them during the summer holidays and they asking me when Cant praise you all enough x

Frequent visitor to Lowercase(previously before refurb) and since and we absolutely love it! We had breakfast on Saturday morning for my daughters 18th birthday and Josh and Sarah couldn't have been any more helpful, taking our orders at the table, advising us of how long the food would be and delivering a beautiful freshly cooked breakfast to all 8 of us. People need to understand that it takes time to settle down after a big change like the one you have undergone, so a little bit of patience would be appreciated by the team at Lowercase I am sure whilst they are adapting to new staff, new customers, and a new working environment.Freshly prepared.food, in beautiful surroundings and a lively...
