"After staying up in Piemonte for a few weeks we felt like seafood so drove down to Savona to see what we could find. We stumbled across this place as we walked from our parking spot. We hadn't done any research on anywhere to eat, and the outside dining area was full of Italians eating what looked to be great big plates of seafood so we decided to try it. We had to wait for ages to get served, and we thought it might have been because we were getting tourist treatement which would have been disappointing (I haven't encountered much of that anywhere in Italy). However I've since read the reviews on this place and see that this is a common complaint by everyone. I think we waited about 15 minutes to place an order, then about 25 minutes for it to come. There was only one waitress who looked very stressed and harassed. However, all of that aside, because we weren't in any hurry it was a lovely spot to sit and people watch, and listen to everyone enjoying their lunch. When our food came it made up for the wait...the boss had orrichette pasta with sardines and spinach, and I had tagliatelle with calamari and shrimps. Both were delicious, good sized portions and beautifully presented. The waitress also bought a big paper bag full of delicious bread. With two bottles of water the whole meal was only €18. Excellent value and definitely worth the wait. The place probably only needed one more waiter/waitress and everyone would have been happy. But for the wait and seemingly chaotic way of taking and delivering orders, I would have given this an excellent rating"

Un angolo di Savona magico per incontrarsi con amici e parenti......... Un piccolo neo.... Solo focaccia e patatine per l' aperitivo risulta dozzinale.... Meglio aggiungere altro cibo di qualità

Posto particolare in una piazzetta bellissima, bello il dehor con le sdraio e i tavoli tutti diversi. Mangiato benissimo: ottimo il primo e il cheeseburger è uno dei migliori mai provati. Bravi. Speisekarte ansehen

Very nice little square in Savona City center. On a Wednesday evening when many bars were closed, We were there with 2 friends for aperitivo, cocktails were good and also wine selection was ok (no wine from Liguria since finished) and they bring some bruschette for free to accompany with wine.
