Came across this little gem by accident. We sat on the terrace and enjoyed delicious fresh Italian food, not too expensive, given the location

Terrible service, over heard staff talking about not speaking weed while at work and demanding other customers to pay the service charge. Not even close to being an authentic Italian restaurant. Run by thugs.

This Italian restaurant in London is truly authentic. The pasta is freshly made and the ragu was perfect. The pizza is a must-try and it is almost like eating it in Naples. A top-notch dinner for a reasonable price.

We were drawn to this cozy Italian restaurant on Kin's Road by the Napoli flag hanging outside, but we were pleasantly surprised by the high quality of the pasta and pizza. The atmosphere was great and the service was efficient and very friendly.

Romeo and the entire staff at Made in Italy Chelsea were exceptional. They very easily accommodate the 14 plus party effortlessly. The Bella Napoli set menu was delicious and plenty. Every single one of us had a fabulous time and we will all be back soon.

We had an amazing birthday party today with my son and his friends. Excellent service and very friendly host despite us being late for our reservation by 15 minutes. Great selection of pizzas with zero slice left on our table. Big Thank You from my family!

Had fond memories of this place, and having had a rubbish pizza from our favourite, Basilico, decided to give this a Deliveroo-try. Absolutely appalled at the quality. Cut off half of the pizza which was dough, before putting it in the oven to actually cook it as it was clammy and the cheese was cold. Gianluca Vialli would have died of shame if he’d seen the sad pizza sold in his name with its tiny blobs of nudja and some mean slices of pepperoni. My Quattro Formaggio was an embarrassment. Again, undercooked and tasteless. Pizzas took 90 minutes to arrive. What made it even worse was then it was another 15 minutes before my cacio e pepe arrived. When it was eventually served it was cold, and tasted essentially like a mac and cheese that I could have made myself at home and not spent £18 on it. Drinks were slow to arrive. The waitress was apologetic about the waiting time, but still there was no offer of taking anything off the bill as a gesture of goodwill. When we asked to take off the service charge, we were asked very loudly why we wanted to remove it which is pretty embarrassing and poor hospitality considering the issues we had.
