"The cakes are very good but the customer service is terrible, and that loses all the charm of the place. Hard workers, unpleasant and without any kindness. I don't know if they were like that with us because we were tourists or if they are really like that with everyone, whatever the reason, it's a shame to have that attitude when working in front of the public. I will never demand that you speak my language, because I don't speak yours either, simply with signs and with Google translator you can understand everything perfectly; but faces and attitude are the key in that type of work, and two of the clerks working there are shameful and have a terrible attitude.
