The best pain aux raisins I have ever eaten. Upstairs eating area slightly lacking in atmosphere but clean and efficient. Staff lovely. Got baguettes to take away for later, great choice.

I stopped for a quick lunch and was taken by surprise at the wide selection of foods to choose from. For $10 euros I got 2 hard boiled eggs, a slice of freshly warmed olive bread, and a pastry filled with olive. Every bite was delicious.

This place was right across the street from our hotel, so we tried it for both breakfast and lunch during the course of our stay. The food was excellent on both accounts; the prices were reasonable; and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend it for a quick bite to eat. Speisekarte ansehen

Discovery of this historic pastry bakery near the National Assembly The famous Pradier macarons of top quality like Laduree for example and cakes including PRADIER chocolate flashing best of Paris. Coffee lovers, their expresso is very good They also offer what to eat with sandwiches and salads. Particular recipe. This is not in the heavily tourist zone of Paris but it close. It's not many blocks from Esplanade des Invalides. We walked in and found it the most surprising serendipitous delights. We tried an array of things including Tartelette aux fraises, tarte normande, l'eclair chocolat and several macaron framboises. The flavors were fresh, delicate and lingering. The staff were most friendly, patient and helpful...carefully wrapping each item for our short walk to the Square Samuel Rousseau where we had an impromptu picnic (there's a nice bathroom at the park by the way). I am so happy to have this opportunity to praise this wonderful little dessert shop.

On our way back from the Rodin museum to our hotel we decided to stop in this patisserie for a sandwich and coffee. We did not want to have a full meal and this place looked inviting enough. It is a bakery with a few tables on the side to sit down and apparently famous in Paris for their macaroons. They offer a lunch deal (9.50€ I think) for a sandwich, drink and dessert. It is a good deal. Take whatever baguette sandwich and drink you like and the pastry of your choice. I had a chocolate cake, I like intense chocolate flavour, Coffee was tasty and we had a second one.I also ate a macaroon. It was OK but I must say that I am not a macaroon fun.
