This place used to be good, but today the room was much in need of a deep clean and the long hair in my sandwich was grim. It's a pity as we used to visit regularly, but we won't go any more. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The service was very slow and we had to request menus. I ordered a baked potato with langoustine tails and Marie Rose sauce, but I believe the langoustine were actually fake surimi. They tasted terrible. The coffee was decent, but the toilets are located upstairs. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

I stopped by for tea and cake but had to remind the staff about my order after waiting for at least 45 minutes. By the time my order arrived, my tea was almost finished. The scone was served warm with jam, even though I didn't ask for it. I couldn't find the prices of cakes on the menu, but later discovered that the prices listed on their website were lower than what we were charged. Unfortunately, we weren't the only ones experiencing long wait times - a family ended up leaving because they were tired of waiting. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
