I always enjoy stopping at this restaurant. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. It is a fantastic place with the typical high quality of M&S.

The service for coffee is hopeless. It was acceptable before they revamped it. Now the wait is unacceptable. The medium coffee is so large, and the cups so inelegant, it's like drinking from a Butler sink..

The service at this restaurant is extremely slow and disorganized, and the menu options are very limited. However, the coffee is exceptional once you make it through the long line and find a seat before it cools down. Speisekarte ansehen

I visited the Deli for a quick bite to eat, I ordered the Spainish platter with the Manchego cheese selection and my fiancee the Lamb and Chicken Koftas...very good choices really tasty, a glass of Prosecco topped off our visit. Great food and service.

Just a few thoughts here the place has a flat ceiling so very noisy the menu is just jacket potatoes and salad so not great I had a black iced coffee which is exactly what it was a black coffee with ice pretty disgusting The place needs a lot of work for me to go there more than once

Often pop in here while shopping! Always busy and hard to find a table! Had a little refurbishment since we last came and seems all tables are crammed too close, had to pass through chairs were people were sitting to get round to a table. But having said that the food is always yummy and being full all the time says something. Recommend the sausage toasted sandwich! V yummy! Will be back : Speisekarte ansehen

I have been to this store many times and usually have a coffee and a cake in the cafe but this time we decided to try the deli and we were not disappointed. It's a lovely experience and the staff are so welcoming and friendly. We opted for the ploughman's which was lovely (word to the wise the small is plenty big enough) and my friend had the Cesar salad. The lady was preparing the food near to where we were sitting and I was getting food envy with every dish she was preparing. I can't wait to go back and try the seafood platter now!

We often pass by this restaurant, but this time we decided to go in and try their snacks. Good personal service is key in a restaurant; the staff should greet you with a smile, quickly clean up any mess, and offer you a menu and drink while you wait. They should also suggest any specials and listen to your needs. Unfortunately, our experience at this restaurant was not up to par. The staff seemed confused and lacked direction, taking a long time to take our order. We had to ask for utensils and the pepper was ground by a staff member rather than being left at the table. When we ordered a Devon Cream Tea, we were told there was no cream available and had to go buy some from a nearby store. Ov...

First visit to newly refurbished Champagne Bar. We had heard good things so really eager to try it for ourselves. There were stools empty so we grabbed two. Only one member of staff on duty who told us there was going to be a wait. She was making two sea food salads in front of us. Eventually serving these she took our order and we received our champagne. As it was by the glass is was painfully measured out in a measuring tumbler to the tightest ml. I noted that later when more staff were working glasses were poured by eye and that seemed fairer and more generous. Quicker to! We sat and watched our Posh Welsh Rabbit be prepared.
