"Business trip, there’s not much in this area of Norwich east anglia so it’s slim pickings when it comes to accommodation. Most places are full of workers on various construction projects. The rooms were clean and basic, everything you’d need really. Breakfast was fine, we didn’t eat in the evening but the place was cold and could do with the fire on or some heating. Food stops 8:45 and the whole place doesn’t open to 4pm which is quite strange. Would probably stay again as nothing else around and it does the job. I stopped here for a meal and decided to try the lasagna, which was advertised as freshly made. Unfortunately, it turned out to be dry and lumpy, not fresh at all. I won't be returning, as there are plenty of other dining options in Norfolk. Service was a solid 5. Speisekarte ansehen

Friendly welcoming pub. Definitely need to pre book. We both opted for the Wed's evening fish specials menu. Good value and very tasty. Beers reasonably priced. Accommodation was clean and the bed comfortable. However I'd recommend requesting a room at the rear as the road was very busy and noisy at the front. Excellent breakfast included very accommodating with bike storage. Would stay again. Walkability: Isolated on main road nothing nearby to walk to.
