Loved the food, it was absolutely scrumptious, fantastic customer service and beautiful interior design. Lutfur was extremely helpful.

Absolutely lovely food, nothing was to much of a hassle. We were celebrating a birthday with a mixture of adults and children. Only let down was they didn't serve alcohol or allow it on their premises.

I've been here yesterday and I have to say that the experience was spectacular. The staff was very accomodating (customer service on point! The environment is top notch and the food is Delicious! Definetely one of the best steak houses in Newcastle!

The mocktails were delicious, but the food was just average and nothing remarkable. I probably won't be revisiting this restaurant anytime soon. The staff members were really nice though. The burger was similar to any other cheeseburger from a takeaway spot, nothing special.

hummus and bread halloumi sticks for beginners where well served, tasty and very fast. mix grill gourmet chicken burger for the net. again they were served immediately, nicely dimensioned portions as well. very beautiful furnishings and atmosphere, with delicious food. would recommend everyone to try it.

I have just tried to eat this place for a light lunch as happened by newcastle, so can not comment there main speciality of the steaks. I would recommend the gourmet chicken castle, we also enjoyed the masa wasa chicken and lamb shed. However, the sheesh kebabs were too dry and tasteless even with the Mangoshake/lassi funny consistency not sweet at all.

good food and generous portions. partner got the burger with chic melted cheese, but it was average taste direction. I got the mixed grill that was very nice and had filled me up. the meat was boiled properly and was not dry. the sauces were a bit basic, especially the garlic that tasted a little watered. the mocktails were delicious with a good selection of aromen.

I have never experienced such long waits for food at any restaurant before, but unfortunately it happened twice at this establishment. I was willing to overlook it the first time, but experiencing it again was unacceptable. There was no proper apology given, just weak excuses. The food was excellent during our initial visit, but it was completely wrong the second time. Despite being late and hungry, we quickly ate and left without much satisfaction. The second visit was a chance for the restaurant to make things right, but it seemed like no one cared enough. It's disappointing considering we spent over £200 between the two visits. Due to these reasons, we will not be returning.

good clean restaurant, plenty of seating, good equipment and meat quality were excellent. I dropped a star because the pieces are small for the price. I also dropped a star because I expected the tomahawk steak is bigger as they mention it for the exchange, but the chips share is barely enough for one and the steak was much smaller, many people could eat that steak of themselves without sharing, so the description on the menu must be improved. I stopped abducting more stars for this because I spoke to the manager and he mentioned that this was previously retrieved by other customers and that they will re-create the menu at the beginning of september, he apologised and said that this problem...
