The food served was excellent in fact it was so good that we went back again the following evening

Overall a nice meal but unfortunately the table seated at wobbly so had to change tables. Also the steak meal the steak was very tough.

It was very good enhanced by Mia who made us very welcome... the food was good pub fare.. would definitely recommend and will definitely return

booked a table quite late, but was accommodated and had beautiful hot meal with desert, service was great, beautiful dame behind the bar,promised to visit again in september. try the chicken and hamcake, mumie!

telephoned to confirm the table day before, and to give preorder of food on Christmas menu. it was said that I didn't need it. when we arrived, they were very good on Friday 23rd at 18:30. we went to the bar to order drinks and food. prawan behind the bar, called to the manager about chrsitmas eating, was said to order before the arrival before the order, told them that I called the day before and a preorder was not necessary. no apologies, nothing, trying to blame who I spoke to on the phone the day before. they said they didn't have enough camps. we have gone out. very dissapointed. will not be back.

Overall bad experience here. We got there at 8:15, took the barman around 10 minutes to say hello to us and offer us a drink. We told him we had a booking to eat at 8:15pm and he showed us to our table. When we started looking at the menu, around 5 minutes later the same barman comes to us and tells us that the kitchen is now closed so we can’t order any food. I was quite shocked as he could have said this when we sat down and not wait 5 minutes after. It was also a bit of a shock that a pub closes it’s kitchen at 8:20pm on a Wednesday evening. We didn’t have any food or drink as we felt like the people there did not want to work instead of trying to make us feel welcomed. Very disappointing...

Not ideal when you arrive to hear land f in and blinding down the phone . After ordering several menu items told not available. Certainly no briefing with staff before service, although the land lady never knew either. Even apologised after someone had already told us something wasn’t available, not sure they knew until they went and looked in the freezer. 2 portions of crab and king prawn linguini arrived as a cold congealed unappealing mess on the plate, that had no presentation what so ever, I can safely say I’ve had better microwave meals.
