"On the highway, when you come to the city of Boley, you will find McCormick 's grill better known for those who live near as pookies. It is a picturesque, nostalgic little restaurant with family and celebrity pictures fill a wall; Red Foxx, Flip Wilson, Sammy Davis Jr., Mu hammed Ali, and Little Richard Pennington are among the remarkable ones for me. The menu is quite simple, hamburger, cheeseburger, hot links, chicken and ribs. My first trip I ordered a cheeseburger and potatoes and onions. It was so amazing, I went down to this day to take my son. Unfortunately, they had fled from potatoes and onions because of the Boley Rodeo, making me delicious for greens and yams. The cost was even more amazing, it was actually affordable. If you enjoy soul food or what my mother used to call the South Cooking, you will enjoy your trip to Pookies. ."

I learned that McCormick's is best known as the home of Pookie Burger. That might sound like a stupid name, but it's a very serious hamburger of mammoth measurements. In addition, the fried potatoes and onions are a house treat. For those with a discriminatory taste, the friend Wels is delicious. I love to make the trek of Tulsa a historic boley, for the sheer joy of eating in this picturesque little restaurant.

It is regrettable that we can only give this restaurant a 5-star rating - it deserves a 10!! We travel in detail and have never tasted food so incredible! If you are somewhere in the center of Oklahoma, it is worth going out your way to try some of Pookie's cooking! As for the price, I laughed when I was told the price, I thought they were making jokes! You can't have a good meal at McDonald's for this cheap one! Although we were more than full, our mouths pour when we were gone. Excellent food, excellent hospitality, excellent price! I can't wait to come back. Thank you, Pookie.
