Disgusting toilet and very dirty lobby. Fries unsalted and cold… Probably the wort McDonalds i’ve ever been to : And also soooo dirty

I have been 4 times in the one at the train station floor and they are always making wait you more than half hour for an icecream, i won't go never again

WARRING!!! Don't order Here! These people work so so slowly. Ordered 1 Sundae took them ten minutes to prepare. They are not in a hurry at all! When I asked it was already ready can you imagine. Missed my train because of the incompetent people that work there! Speisekarte ansehen

Der Kaffee und die Burger schmeckten gut, sie waren von durchschnittlicher McDonald's-Qualität. Das Restaurant ist gemütlich, die Sicht auf die Züge ist schön für Zugliebhaber und echte Blumen verleihen dem Café eine angenehme Note. Sie haben eine Toilette und sind rund um die Uhr geöffnet, beides ist großartig.

Unfortunately, the process of order took a bit long to be ready. And we are sad that they have irresponsible and inadequate cashier (girl) who refused to take our order without respect and unfriendly (with arrogant looking to us), while she agreed to others. They should better ask and see if a person can work in this place where need to be friendly and positive (who enjoys working)

I don’t advise McDonald’s in Germany to anyone, I am citizens of Ukraine, I have been in Germany for a month because there is a war in my country, today I went to McDonald’s, when they brought my order to me, it was written on a piece of paper that they hate me, but I am in draft did not do them any harm, McDonald's employees think about your behavior, given that there is a war in a neighboring country Speisekarte ansehen

This is one of my worse experiences in Leipzig. You open around the clock, but if you have to order food at midnight, the stuff will not let you enter and let you wait for 30 minutes (I came back later, but he did not let me in yet and leave others right after my departure. I understand that you need to clean the floor and let it dry regularly, but at least not be so loud and rude when people want to get in or put a sign on the door.

Zur Information: Ich spreche von McDonald's im oberen Stockwerk, nicht von dem kleinen Stand im zweiten Stock. Ich finde, es gehört zu den besseren in Leipzig. Das Frühstücksmenü ist hervorragend. Ich habe einmal ein Menü bestellt, das war auch gut, nicht sehr geschmacklich ausgeprägt, aber trotzdem in Ordnung. Der Platz ist riesig, man findet leicht einen Tisch und man kann sogar seine Geräte aufladen. Manchmal ist der Service sogar recht schnell.

Most important for fast food restaurant at a train station, where travellers are mostly in a hurry to get the next train: speed! Yesterday the only employee at the desk looked around if it was his first day. He clearly couldn`t find things and was taking all the time with one customer, not understanding the order and neglecting the line building up. He didn`t ask for assistance of any colleagues.
