McDonald's - Speisekarte

Poor service this morning and attitude of staff, disappointing to say the least. Just wanted to grab a meal and go but staff not interested at all.

hello, I want to open a complaint against bridgwater mcdonald, because I paid for a sprite drink, but they put water in the pipeline. I took away it tried to call their number several times, no one answered so shameful and dissapointed service. I will. photo, with reception and water.

Just like the other reviews my last three orders have all been incorrect ranging from wrong items to missing items and cold food. I've now given up with this place as all you'll get is a £5 voucher. Not even worth complaining trust me. This...franchise is an absolute shocker. If you visit please check your items before leaving......it will be wrong! Speisekarte ansehen

Everytime I come to this McDonald’s (which is most nights around the 12-3am time) there is never a milkshake meaning I’ve got to order a drink that I never actually want I understand that sometimes the machine maybe broken or need maintenance and that’s fine...but it’s been every night now for about 1-2 months and I think it’s bang out of order to be honest

really bad experience. long wait for order, very bolshy “manager” (late) when I went to find out where my food was. I asked her name for a complaining and she told me quite aggressively that there is no point in complaining, as there is one. "family restaurant and not a mcdonalds." When we finally got our food, it was quite cold, there was no sirup or ice in the drinks, no straw and no dips for one of the cheeses. I complained online, but got a form letter answer not what I would expect from a local “family restaurant”

I used the drive-thru and waited for 5 to 10 minutes as it was busy. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers, medium fries, and cheese dippers with dipping sauce. The double cheeseburgers were barely warm and of poor quality, I would rate them 1 out of 10. I did not receive the fries I ordered, and the cheese dippers came with a non-descript sauce. I paid around £6.50 for the meal but felt like I only received about £2 worth of food. I considered returning the order, but did not want to wait again after already waiting to be served. I live only a 4-minute drive away but I will never use this restaurant again. Speisekarte ansehen

By far and a mile the worst mcdonalds in the UK! I work nationwide and travel extensively abroad and the staff/food and service in this branch is atrocious. Never have they got my order correct or complete, the staff are rude every time, I never...complain or leave a bad review but tonight I felt I had to, for 3 years they have told me the ice machine is broken so serve warm juice. The food is always cold, many times they come up with this we are having a system update so can't take any more orders the staff seem so ill prepared and seem to have no idea what they are actually doing, i know this is Bridgwater but seriously the standard of customer service in this branch is destroying your com...

Turned up, ordered on the machine at 6:31pm, paid and NO receipt was given. Alerted a member of staff who informed the manager she then asked us what was ordered then told us the number. I thought great no problem! Only 15 mins later saw...our food on the collection counter all bags open no drinks yet. I walk over and ask them to put it on the hot plate (it’d been there for a few minutes according to another customer) number 000 got called. Walked to the car checked order, chips from happy meal missing, chicken burger instead of chicken legend. I go back in to request proper order. Asked for receipt (which I don’t have) order still on the screen so ask manager to check order she barely even...

on the way through, it was busy, but saw it worse there. we paid and they told us to go to a bay, we waited 15 minutes in the bay before I went to a question where our food was. when I'm on the side, I spoke to a young boy who said it'll be out in a few minutes. I'll wait outside. 10 more minutes went by and nothing, we talked to one of the workers who walked around with 2 happy meals and tried to find a car, obviously from now on cold nuggets and chips. we asked him to change the hot chocolate we brought with us that they gave us in the window as it was cold now. he took it back and 5 minutes later brought out a fresh hot chocolate. great, we asked him where the rest of the order is, and hi...
