Mcdonald's - Speisekarte

Go through drive-through, asked to wait in a bay, and often comes wrong, and I have to go in, which almost defeats the convenience of a drive-through.

ordering frits and hot drinks at a visit and a meal with fizzy drink on the next. both commanded were intact, hot and tasty. spicy veggie wrap is to die.

After waiting for 30 minutes, the food arrived cold in a takeout bag, even though we had ordered table service. We complained and it was redelivered, but the chips were still only lukewarm.

Ordered a Chicken Big Mac, only to receive a normal Big Mac inside a Chicken Big Mac Box. This site has been pretty much poor every time we've been. Slow and Disorganised members of staff. We shall not be returning here anymore.

Absolutely no need for the way the workers are they are vile to the people who come in to eat, cold drink when they meant to be hot, the way 1 of them spoke to another member off staff was disgusting and moaning cuz they been asked for sauce and talking about the customers while they walk away from them

We absolutely adore McDonald's in the UK. I take my daughter's dog for a walk and then we stop at this McDonald's. After our hour-long walk, we sit outside, order through the app, and they deliver our coffee right to us. There are tables with cover available. This is the second time I have done this and it is great training for the young dog to get used to distractions. The staff is lovely and friendly.

I ordered a quarter pounder deluxe with customizations due to allergies, but when I received it, it had everything on it. I took it back to get it corrected, and after waiting 5 minutes and calling for someone, the staff kept walking past me. Finally, the manager took the burger to correct it, but I had to wait another 20 minutes because he forgot about it. When I finally received the new burger, the customization was wrong again. After taking it back for a third time and receiving yet another burger, I ended up waiting a total of 35 minutes. The service was terrible.

Food is great, IF you receive it. This branch is notoriously bad at getting your food order wrong. If you're utilising the drive through, pull over in the car-park and check it prior to leaving. If using a delivery service, ensure you know how to utilise the refund function. You're going to need it! Only sure way they're getting your order correct here, is by going in and eating in (using a tray so they can see what is on it). It's a very easy resolve for them to just have someone on the pass, checking the contents of the bags but, alas, this doesn't seem to happen. Must do better Clay-Cross.

With Clay Cross being my local, it’s more convenient the. Chesterfield. But each time I order, it’s more like a game of let’s guess what’s not in the bag this time. Always have missing items, resulting in a return to have to get the missing food. I can’t recall a time I’ve ordered and somethings not been missing. This time, order a McSpicy Chicken. Even the box says Chicken. To my surprise, opened the box to be presented with a McSpicy Quarter Pounder. Whoever is in the kitchen needs a basic lesson on the types of meat available on the market.
