McDonald's - Speisekarte

Food was actually hot! Staff were polite, if not exactly smiley. About all you can expect from a McD.

We dropped in for breakfast whilst staying in the area. One of the better McDonald's we have been in, very clean and quick service.

Distrusting. Everything about it. Drive through chap was a waste of space. Couldn’t even be bothered to ask what size meal. All staffed by kids, no leadership. Franchisee should be ashamed Speisekarte ansehen

They have no milkshakes. What is wrong with McDonalds and milkshakes these days? It's practically not worth going to them anymore. There's never any explanation or apology. They must be phasing it out off the menu.

Keep saying I'm not going to return but keep thinking it's going to get better. Always a long wait for food in the restaurant, very slow staff and never enough on shift, food always cold but by the time you get to eat if taking away you can't take it back to complain.

I don't understand why they advertise beautiful food on TV that looks nothing like what you actually get. The restaurant is run by inexperienced kids. The chicken and bacon burger tasted like rubber, and my friends didn't even get the chips they ordered with their meals. I will not be returning after this disappointing visit. Speisekarte ansehen

I ordered for delivery in the app I was given a 45-60 minute wait. I could have walked there and back faster. I check the tracker 3 times and the ETA kept getting extended. The final time I checked the app my order had just been cancelled by McDonald’s. Awful service, the company cares nothing about customers they just want to take the money. Nothing offered as a good will gesture for just cancelling my order without notifying me after I had waited 1.5h

I ordered two Big Mac Meals with Coke and a Quarter Pounder Cheeseburger with Sprite at 5:45 pm. The service was prompt, but I was asked to wait for my food as the restaurant was quite busy. When my food arrived 10 minutes later, the chips were scorching hot but the burgers were stone cold. I returned the burgers to the counter and asked for hot ones. The employee threw my cold burgers aside, put two Big Macs in a new bag with other customer orders, and walked away to serve another customer. After serving that customer, I asked about my order and witnessed a lady next to me having to return for half of her £50 order that was missing. The employee's response was rude and dismissive. We stopped for a McDonald’s to charge the car up,it wasn’t as good as we hoped it would be. We went into the restaurant,and sat down,we saw a sign saying no Ice cream and milkshakes are available that was annoying as they were the two main reasons we came in but that was at the very start of the experience so if they had given me exceptional service and a great slushie then I would have given 5 stars.But that unfortunately wasn’t the case,cleanliness was about 3 stars out of 5 ,it was satisfactory for the meal but I don’t think it would have got full marks in a food hygiene inspection.I also would have liked to see a cleaner mopping floors and sweeping up and also I would have liked to see s...
