Try ordering on the drivethrough without them saying WHAT? SO annoying I just give up. Every time I'm louder and clearer and still they say what? EGG MUFFIN MEAL What?

I am consistently disappointed with the coffee at this McDonald's because it is always served cold. I have had to return it multiple times, including today, for a replacement that is also cold. It seems to be a recurring issue and I am starting to get frustrated. They need to fix this problem as soon as possible. Speisekarte ansehen

I have never been through the drive through and actually driven through it without having to wait “3 minutes” in the car park which turns out to be 20 minutes! What kind of fast through drive through is this half our food was missing and no dips as usual, might just start parking up once I’ve paid instead of being told too

what can i say staff don't seem to care really slow waited 26 mins for a big mac got it it was cold no wonder it was cold it was sitting waiting with the other burgers to get to me got my money back.one girl on the packing of the food walks round like a zombie she is so disinterested in the speed of how a MacDonalds works my resolve is get a burger king nearby burgers are better service is quick and the food is hot not cold

The drive-thru at this restaurant is extremely slow, so be prepared to wait a long time in line. Even when you finally get to order, the staff often have trouble understanding what you are saying. It can be frustrating to have to repeat yourself multiple times. Additionally, the lack of efficiency in the drive-thru process can be infuriating. This is the most dirtiest branch of mcdonalds ever! left over food on tables and all over the floor!!they seem to be more interested in takeaways and delivery !! the person who was meant to be cleaning the eating areas was rotten!! her uniform was full of grease her trousers were all thread worn at the hem!! not a good advert for mcdonalds at all!! i spoke to her about the state of the restaurant and all she had to say in a un interested tone sorry also saw Rats outside in car park!! i will never go back there !!

Extremely disappointing. Customer service was terrible. A person next to me had been waiting at the till for a while to see somebody about an issue, he was blanked by the member of staff that came to give me and my partner our order. That was the just the start! Got given wrong dips, wrong milkshake, and then got given the right milkshake after about half an hour which tasted like very gone off milk and my partner had to spit it out (he's not a fussy person). When my partner went back in to bring this up with the manager there was an actual queue of people with complaints. I dont think ive ever left a bad review somewhere so this a first. I had visited this Mc Donald 's on Wednesday. I was waiting in the que for 15 minutes before I arrived at the drive through window. As I arrived a young lady at the window advised me that I needed to park up and wait for my food. I had advised the lady that I didnt want to park up as I had been waiting a long time already. The lady then proceeded to shout across to the kitchen, ' ' There is a lady who is refusing to park her car, can we hurry up with the Big Mac ' ' I told the lady that this was unnecessary and proceeded to park my vehicle in the car park.
