Mcdonald's - Speisekarte

this mcdonalds lasts 2 hours to get their order and even if they miss their order incorrectly or missing. the employees must be trained or completely replaced by employees who know how to make their jobs right.

this mcdonalds needs to train their staff how is it possible to mess up an order EVERY SINGLE TIME, its either missing food items, wrong items or no straws and napkins. Worst McDonald's in stoke on trent DO NOT GO.

I went through the drive-thru twice this week. Both times, the coffee machine was broken on Thursday. I ordered a Double Sausage Egg McMuffin and when I got home, the sausage was cold and the muffin was hard. It was a terrible experience. Speisekarte ansehen

Called in and ordered a chicken legend and chicken meals. Paid and collected, when we started eating it the fries were uncooked and soggy, there were not like the usually standard from here. Drinks weren't too hot eaither, ended up in the bin meal and...drinks disgusting, I think this McDonald's on visiting is checked the food before you eat it.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant through their app. I became suspicious when the delivery driver called to confirm the drinks in my order. I have celiac disease, so I specifically requested burgers without buns. Unfortunately, the burgers arrived on bread instead. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience. Additionally, they did not include straws for the milkshake. Overall, I was not impressed with the service and attention to detail.

I ordered through Uber Eats and received my food within 90 seconds of leaving the restaurant, but it was cold. The drink was melted and the nuggets and cheese were chewy and solidified due to the cold temperature. It seemed like the order was made long before the delivery. The food arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes after ordering, which was extremely disappointing. McDonald's should consider only allowing deliveries from their own outlets to ensure better quality. This was the final straw I go to mcdonalds quite a lot as I work all over the UK. I live just up the road from this one in trentvale. Everytime I go through the drive through or order with the app or even use...uber eats they get it wrong I have complained to the manager many times to no avail. The management are useless to use a good word. This restaraund used to be very good but its going to the dogs. Sort it out or close its taking up space for a better franchise.

My husband and I visited today 13/01/22 at approx 12.30 lunchtime. Unfortunately I spilled tea over my hand when removing the lid. I rushed to the toilets to put it under cold water, but there was only 1 tap which provided hot water only. It...was quite busy in store, but my husband told a member of staff at the counter and asked for some ice. The 2 older ladies I say this with respect) who were on duty clearing the tables could not have been more caring or helpful. They checked on me every few minutes over the next half hour to see if I was ok. They are an absolute credit to McDonalds and set a wonderful example of the way all staff should behave. Please pass on our comments to the 2 staff...

Just popped to this McDonald's after visiting a seriously ill relative and the poor experience we had there left us wishing we didn't bother. Just wanted 4 drinks after a long drive order total came to £4 ish but after handing over a £10...note was given a few pence change. Pointing this out to the member of staff was fruitless as she rudely replied that we'd given her a £5 note. Unhappy with this we asked to speak to a manager and were asked to pull up to a collection point whilst the till was rebalanced and the CCTV was checked. 15 minutes later with no further intervention from a member of staff, my partner had to walk into the McDonald's to find out what was happening, only to be told no...
