I keep forgetting that this take away has a TERRIBLE reputation..... that's the second time now I've ordered from them via Just Eat.... and the order has been refused. Just don't bother.. go elsewhere.

The food is disgusting as well as the staff over the phone. curry sauce is solid, pizza undercooked, hardly any chips on the box. The state of it is embarrassing. When calling the so called restaurant to complain the man called me thick. appalling. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

as a visitor in bath on a hen do, we have eaten some food after a dance. I was attracted to the star food hygiene assessment, and could see that the evaluation was deserved. the owner was helpful and had a great sense of humor....The kebabs were exactly what we needed to finish the night. will be going back. We ordered on line and when it arrived the order was wrong. We phoned up The restaurant to query the order, due to the difference in the language barrier the conversation got heated, the gentleman in question kept talking over me and generally quiet obnoxious, we generally don’t have any issues with them but when you do it’s sloped shouldered.

When I first moved to bath I’d order megabite all the time but recently I’ve had a few bad orders but tonight was the last straw. Took an hour to come, all the chicken was pink through, I won’t order from here again I feel sick already from eating from here. I don’t know what’s happened to this place but I’d expect a refund for what I’ve received tonight.
