we had the best night here. daniella was an amazing host, so friendly and generous. the family-run restaurant has a great atmosphere and is full of its beautiful art. and its man cooked the best seafood pasta I have ever eaten!

Popped in at lunchtime and had a three course meal. Food was freshly prepared and cooked, extremely tasty.Excellent value.Background music was very pleasant and added to theatmosphere.Daniella made us very welcome.Cannot wait to eat there again. Will recommend to family and friends.

We travelled back to Eastbourne for a family do and we visited on a Saturday evening for food. We were struck by the warmth of the host and the friendly atmosphere. For us it always a good sign of a good Italian restaurant if Italian people eat there and they clearly do. Food and drink was really good quality and well prepared. The pizza base is worthy of a special mention as it was exceptional light, crisp and thin. Really pleasant visit and will visit again when back in town.

this friendly, welcoming restaurant had a great night here! daniella was the best host who agreed with us, and we had to meet her man who cooked us the most delicious Italian food and could both drink with them. the freshly produced pasta and tiramisu was especially good. the place is lovingly decorated with its art and everything is from its hometown in italien. they serve until much later than other restaurants in the opposite, I really recommend to go, could not have been a nice evening.

I am Italian and while I was in Eastbourne with my friends, we stumbled upon this restaurant. The authentic Italian decor inside immediately impressed us. I tried the Fioja (I hope I spelled it correctly), a type of Calabrese fresh pasta that was absolutely delicious. We also shared a pizza, and the four cheese topping was wonderfully cheesy, just the way I like it. I can't say enough about Daniela - she is not only very funny but also a true artist. We were amazed by her creations and her passion and creativity were truly inspiring. It was such a unique and enjoyable experience.

My family and I are gonna run into this place by chance. I enter with the usual skepticism that I have when I choose Italian cuisine abroad. I look around and think....at least the atmosphere is cozy! Then, we are accompanied to the table by Daniela that between sympathy and great professionalism presents the menu. I'm starting to relax and enjoy the evening. I order fileja to the Calabrian... very good, parmigiana... excellent, all accompanied by a fragrant bread! I feel at home... I feel like friends, everyone in the club has the air satisfied thanks to the friendliness of Daniela and the delicacies prepared by her husband. Daniella the host is welcoming, chatty, helpful and very keen to make sure your visit is perfect.The Italian sausage with mushrooms and the squid starters were expertly cooked.For main course my partner asked if the chef could prepare pasta alla norma. Yes not a problem was the response and it was utterly delicious, especially with the home made pasta. I had the pizza alla norma of which the toppings were fresh and perfectly cooked.Now then! The tirasmisu! Home made by the chef himself? YES! The best tiramisu I have ever eaten? YES!A perfect ending to the best italian meal we have had out...

As for the food, the starters were excellent; the bruschetta with nduja was delicious and just the right amount of spicy, topped with fresh tomatoes. My girlfriend's bruschetta with ham and other toppings was also a tasty treat. The main courses were equally as impressive. The seafood pasta, made with homemade pasta, was full of flavor. My calzone rosso (meat-filled) came out on the plate looking like a giant smile. Although it seemed a bit big at first, the dough was so light that it turned out to be the perfect portion size. It was the best calzone I've ever had. The tiramisu for dessert was creamy, flavorful and light. Their homemade limoncello is also great and packs a punch. I can't vou...
