"made the mistake of hearing previous reviews. we were offered poppodums and sauces, all very nice. When the waiter took our order, he hurried so much and went away before we had finished the order! we had to call him back twice!. no idea what the hurry was when they were not busy! I ordered the chicken slate that comes with Nan-Brot, herbal side and rice. there was no spit. just a normal shaslick!? the waiter gave me my Nan-Brot, who told me "garlic Nan". when I guessed I ordered chili nan he replied, “This is chili and garlic.” that was not! total lie and obviously could not be disturbed to change them. after a few minutes I asked where my fellow was and he bought about the mint soaking I had with my poppodums!? I opened the menu to show him that I should have a herbal side with it. then he went away and delivered a kind of bland sweet suppenteller!? very strange evening. my husband was questionable. I will not return. this is all as short as they want to attract recurring customers!?"

VERY RESONABLE great food big portions but nice food ,no drinks licence at this time but you can bring your own drinks ,needs a bit of back ground music but will go back as the food was great

eating is excellent, always fresh and tasty. we have tried other Indian restaurants in the opposite, and this is by far the best we have tried so far. I would highly recommend for food quality and service.

We had an amazing experience here on a Sunday doing the £15 all you can eat meal. The service was amazing and we were paid attention to very well. Food was absolutely amazing such great value. Will be back here often!

The food and service went above and beyond. Rahman and owner Badol were just amazing.It was my son's 11th birthday they Brought a cake and balloons and made it the best evening. The best food, they came out to check everything was ok, it was...outstanding.

We had an amazing meal here after the restaurant was recommended by my daughters. The food was incredible amazing value, great sized portions, beautifully presented and SO delicious! Service was also extremely good, we were so well looked after! We will definitely be returning...very soon! It was the best Indian meal we have ever had.

we visited the gulab with friends on their recommendation and so glad that they have recommended it! they have joined us at the end and it was a fantastic evening with the bonus that they can bring their own alcohol that really cuts off the bill! The foods were just great for all of us and there was so much of it, the menu contains all the usual suspects, but there are some precious stones hidden in there when they unleash a day away from the standards! when they do that, they will be happy and we will definitely be back!

Waiter was quick and very accommodating. Order taken and food came out promptly. He even gave a free naan and 2 poppadoms. Quality of non-veg was amazing but we only ordered one veg dish (yellow dhaal) which was not the best. Overall, good experience. Only...disappointment was that the waiter mentioned that service charge is not included hence hinting he would like a nice tip. We were going to do this anyway but didn't because he got stroppy. The reason being he put the incorrect bill 6000 : on card machine. Having said that, we will definitely back here and give it another chance but get served by another waiter.
