Nice steak, not cooked as I ordered but enjoyed anyway and was told no horseradish then waitress just walked away, this is a steak restaurant so having no horseradish is a bit odd especially on a Monday night

We really loved the food at this restaurant, starting from our appetizers to our main courses. The scallops with chorizo and the sticky chicken for starters were both fantastic. The t-bone steak for our mains was delicious as well.

I visited the Chester location on December 29, 2023 with my family. Two of us ordered steaks, one had the salmon, and the other had the spinach and cheese wellington. We also enjoyed starters and desserts. The meal was absolutely fantastic and the atmosphere was lovely. We will definitely return again. I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was outstanding.

We had a great night to celebrate our son’s birthday. All meals were lovely, couldn’t fault the food at all. Although all the staff we spoke to were great, we have to say, the level of customer service we received from Aaron was exceptional, he helped make our night extra special. Aaron, you are a credit to the company, Miller Carter, you are very lucky to have him working for you!

Visited Miller and Carter Chester yesterday. Nothing but praise for the whole dining experience. Aaron was our server who looked after us so well all evening. Aaron went above and beyond making our evening perfect. Thank you Aaron. The food was very good with our steaks cooked just perfectly for everyone in our party of 5. A thoroughly enjoyable dining experience from start to finish thank you.

What a fantastic place!!! Excellent food and excellent service from our waiter, Chris. Couldn't tell you the last time I heard a member of staff (anywhere) speak so positively about the team he works with and the company he works for. Someone who enjoys every aspect of their job. Food was extremely good and fresh, just a pity they ran out of the pudding I was looking forward too. However, this gives me another reason to re-visit!! Keep up the good workeveryone.

Booked here for our works Christmas party for 1pm Monday, 18th December. A group of 7. Food was lovely. No complaints. I had a lovely starter of mushrooms and cheese and turkey for mains. Absolutely lovely. Very tasty. My colleagues had a mixtures of steaks and burgers. All staff were friendly. Special mention to Arron who made an effort so speak Welsh when he realised one of the group members were Welsh speaking!! He knew a bit of basic Welsh and it was so nice he made the effort to speak it. Diolch Arron.

A beautiful meal from start to finish. Food was incredibly well cooked and Chris our servers manners, table service and personality was lovely. Nothing was too much trouble. We felt very well catered for. He had a smile on his face throughout the service and has a passion for his job. He is asset to your company. Thank you Chris! We will be back again soon. Compliments to the kitchen who made the food because it was amazing. I would fully recommend anyone to go the Chester branch if I could have give it more than 5 stars I would! The experience at the restaurant started out well with a few drinks, but quickly went downhill. The scallops in the starters were bland and the chicken wings were not up to par. After ordering another drink, there was a mix-up and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. The main courses took 35 minutes to arrive after the starters, with lettuce wedges sitting on our table for 20 minutes. When the main courses finally arrived, my partner's was overcooked despite being ordered medium. After waiting another 25 minutes for a replacement, we decided to cancel our order and leave.
