It was awful service from start to end and they had shortage of all the drinks. We waited about a hours for our food and when it finally arrived many items was missing

My friends and I visited this restaurant before Christmas. The food was nice once we got it but they need to looking to waiters as the lady could not speak English and did not understand us. She couldnt recommend anything or explain things from the menu.

Poor. Food was ok but it took them 35 mins to produce a take-away: I placed an order at 21:25, and got food at 22:00. Furthermore, they wouldn’t let me pay until they gave me the food, resulting in a further delay. Used to use this place regularly but it’s really off the boil now. Dischuffed.

You don't order vindy in this gaff, bring a few cans of Heineken and munch banging chops to start. Treat yourself to Karahi Chilli Chicken, Methi Deghi Gohst, maybe some Bindy and be amazed at the quality of the authentic Pakistani food. Great service and 15 quid a head, one of my curry houses.

First of all just bring your own drinks! They don't do tap water (first I've ever heard of it) and most of their soft drinks have run out. Bring water...you will need it. Everything is either too salty and too hot. Everything is drenched is butter or oil. Orders went missing constantly and it doesn't help that the receipt doesn't say what your paying for- so who knows what if you've been overcharged or not. The waiters were not the most competent lot. Never ever again.

Honestly I can't believe this restaurant is still opened. We use to go to this restaurant a few years back, but in more recent years, the service and food has really declined. However, last night we decided to give it a try again, I wished I hadn't bothered, we were so disappointed we had to leave after the starters. The restaurant had an awful smell which was being unsuccessfully masked by incense. The starters were not great, and the popudums were stale. We didn't want to wait to see the mains!

We hadn’t tried this restaurant for a couple of years as we had faint memories of our last meal not being great. That said, things change so we tried it again last night. Absolutely awful food. I would compare it to maybe something one would get in a can from a high street supermarket. Both veg and the single lamb dish were bland, the same colour which is a big give away, and the lamb was tough. The Dahl ..... I mean who can get Dahl wrong. How they retain customers? Guess it says more about their customers than their food. We can write this one of as lesson learned

Like many negative reviews, food quality is poor and staff knowledge is poor and they don’t know what customer service is called. They offer papadums as complimentary when you order your food, however we were not given and people before and after us were served, I asked this and the answer given was we forgot... strange but I think they look at people and offer them these services. I use to live in Norbury and was regular there in 2000’s and food then was good and so was service, if I’m the owner of this restaurant I would be worried, at some point this restaurant will close down at this rate of service and tasteless food. Never ever again

I haven’t tried this place out, had some guests thought let’s give this place a try. Starting off the night with the most poor service I have ever had with a restaurant. Ten of us had arrived, we hadn’t called up. Luckily there was space. The restaurant was very busy, and there were two people serving and taking orders for over 60 70people (rough estimate). We had to ask 2 3 times every time we ordered something. What I don’t understand is how you can have two people serving/taking orders for this many people. At one point I ordered a separate portion, and I was told that there’s the table of 50 who will get their food before me which is understandable, to an extent. We had waited over 15min...
