"I have never had a better Michelin dining experience! Moma is an absolute must visit restaurant. From the moment we entered, the amazing hostess Evelyn was kind, welcoming, and had as sitting at the bar for her hand crafted cocktails. Our table wasn 't quite ready, so she spent the next 10 minutes chatting with us and making a genuine human connection! When they escorted us to our table upstairs, I was so impressed with the overall feel of the dining room. It had a cozy but refined look. We decided on the tasting menu, and I can honestly say this was the best progression of dishes I 've ever had! There wasn 't one dish that didn 't sing with harmony and flavor! More specifically, the cuttlefish puttanesca was an absolute mastery of Italian deliciousness! Just one swipe of the sauce incorporated all the traditional puttanesca flavors. However, what impressed me the most (a person who 's not overly fond of vegetables) was the Our seasonal garden dish. I absolutely can not impress the level of thought and creativity that went into this dish! Every vegetable had a different texture and cook to it. Some were crunchy, some pickled, some fresh, and this was all on top of a sauce that had a beautiful crunchy soil like texture. I 'd go back just for that dish alone! As with any Michelin restaurant, the service is something that can make or break the overall experience. And Moma took dining care to a whole other level of awesomeness! The wait staff expertly explained each dish slowly and took time to answer any questions patiently and honestly. They had us laughing and never let a wine or water glass go empty! They also employ what can only be described as a Napkin Ninja that gentleman had a fresh napkin on the table after anyone used the bathroom. But he did it so quickly that I swear he must have had access to dimensional portals! Overall, if you 're in Rome, I would HIGHLY suggest visiting Moma. It 's a must visit for exceptional dining."

Amazing food, the tasting Menu is one of the best I’ve tried (worldwide). The camomile risotto is just amazing, you have to try it. Amazing attention from Federico and all the team. Andrea’s cuisine is one of the best experiences I’ve had. 10/10

Moma is a small, exquisite restaurant (about capacity of 50), thus allowing the staff to focus on the best food and service. We had the tasting menu of 6 items, with an additional 5 surprise items from Chef Andrea Pasqualucci. Each item was beautifully presented, uniquely tasty, and appropriately portioned. Service was top notch. Price was good, not exorbitant. We enjoyed Moma so much, we booked another evening at Moma on our final evening in Rome before our flight home to the U.S.
