Moonstone Sri Lankan

Amazing food and amazing value from a very friendly and efficient team!!!! Would go again and considering relocating to get them in my go eat account

I consistently revisit Moonstone for its genuine Sri Lankan flavors. My top choice is the Kingfish curry. The service is consistently excellent, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Had their seafood fried rice with a devilled seafood dish, it reminded me of home. Proper authentic srilankan food, I would highly recommend their curries and devilled dishes with rice. Speisekarte ansehen

I went here on a Friday night with friends and was blown away by the food and customer service alike. Great people running a great business and they definitely know there way around a kitchen with how flavourful the food was!!!

Absolutely wonderful place to eat and will definately being going back. Warm and friendly atmosphere, all the food came out together (5 of us and was SO tasty. A real variation of flavours and the waitress was very sweet. Excellent value too! Well done :

The food was nice. Bit dry but nice flavours, The drinks however, a can of Diet Coke £2.95 pored from a can that says 89p from a multiple pack, this you don’t expect from a restaurant, The staff were friendly but very quiet ,hard to get a simple conversation from. And food arrived in drubs and drabs, a simple ice cream arrived after my wife had finished her cheesecake.

We absolutely adore Moonstone and find ourselves returning time and time again. Their vegetarian curries and vegan/gluten free options are excellent. The traditional meat curries are also bursting with flavor, reminiscent of those found in Sri Lanka. The service at Moonstone is top-notch as well. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience - we can't wait to visit again soon.

Went here with high hopes as love Sri Lankan food and had wanted to go here for a while. Positives were the friendly staff and good atmosphere. String hoppers and rice were good but there was a real issue with the squid curry, the squid itself was chewy and inedible. To be fair they were more than happy to replace it with the prawn curry. The only problem the prawns were overcooked and also chewy. There was clingfilm left on the bottom of the dish itself so perhaps this was down to the way they were cooked and with every dish unnaturally hot, maybe using the microwave less would help at least for seafood dishes A real pity as the coconut flavoured sauce itself was absolutely amazing, never t...
