Had a wonderful festive meal with my colleagues today, lovely relaxed atmosphere and the food was fab special thanks to Chris and the rest of the team for looking after us all Merry Christmas

We had breakfast with Santa and the kids absolutely loved it, also ourselves as parents and the breakfast was spot on. If you haven't been I really do recommend. We hope everyone at Mottram Wood has a wonderful Christmas The Hayes Family

We entered the restaurant and were greeted by Nicola, who was fantastic. She quickly seated us at a table despite the busy atmosphere. She efficiently kept things running smoothly, ensuring we didn't have to wait long to place our orders. Her cheerful demeanor added to the overall positive experience.

Absolutely fantastic, cannot fault anything. Our family of 15 were made so welcome, fantastic food, great service from all staff especially Jessica, Paul and Chris, so professional and cheerful. Cannot thank you all enough. Thank you so much to Yvhonne, awesome manager with consistent, competent staff as always .

Great quiet hotel We were going to the Coronation Street tour and wanted to stay in the City Centre.The hotel prices were exorbitant I would not pay on principle.Hope they had lots of rooms free for being greedy.Decided to stay at the Mottram Wood. Great price,quiet hotel and really decent breakfast. Would highly recommend. Drove to Droylsdon to take Tram, was great.

We came to dine use the play centre but couldn’t use the play centre as you had a private party, we stayed to dine but our experience wasn’t so good. Wanted a can of vimto but wasn’t willing to pay over £3 for a 330ml can of Manchester made vimto! So we declined, ordered an adult burger which wasn’t the best was only warm when arrived, ordered a pizza which you did really well at buying from your local supermarket, Chicago town pizza!

This place is an awful place to understand its parking arrangements you drive off the main rd on to a side lane which although there are no signs on it at all until the very front of the hotel is apparently a part of the hotel car park and if you've unknowingly been captured on the car park camera when you think you are parking on a public rd you are not. Been thru for a chat this morning and all i got was TECHNICALLY it belonged to the hotel not legally. So anybody struggling to park for McDonalds be very wary and very afraid of this horrible company and partner in c parking cowboys Brittania Parking

I had been to this restaurant before and was not impressed, but decided to give it another try tonight. Unfortunately, I was thoroughly disappointed. The chips that came with my meal were cold, although they were quickly replaced. However, the fish had a strange chemical taste that was off-putting. My husband ordered the steak and ale pie, which had too much pastry and not enough steak filling. The mashed potatoes were also unappetizing. We informed the waitress of our dissatisfaction, but received no feedback. It seems like they don't care about customer satisfaction as they have plenty of passing trade. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
