Must Have Kebab And Pizza

Poor. Consistently last takeaway arrivals, food arrived 1h 10 minutes late so the food cold, rang twice and content of the order was missing. Very poor!

They think it’s acceptable to send a pizza with a used metal nail in it and think a replacement without apology is acceptable, who would want a replacement?

We had family over decided on pizzas .we always use must have for pizza as I know how good they are . This time they didn’t disappoint. They was pippin hot on arrival and loaded with toppings. Garlic cheesy bread was amazing!! Speisekarte ansehen

Absolutely the best kebab I ever had in England chicken is so juicy and tender these guys has to be number one place in the south I eat a lot of kebabs ordered 4 times in a row and the food is made with love ask for jimmy best kebab chef out thankyou really enjoyed it

My wife and I hadn’t had a Kebab for ages so we ordered 2 medium lamb kebabs with a delivery time of 45 minutes. Forget that, it turned up in 20 minutes, piping hot and enormous, goodness knows what would have arrived if we ordered large ! We will definitely be going back.

We ordered last night and the food was terrible. My boys said the burgers had a funny taste and the pizzas where not nice at all. Where they get their pepperoni from I don’t know. It was weird. My diner meat was strange Also. Very disappointed as I’ve know the guys for years. Has someone else taken over? I should of just chucked my £35 in the bin or eaten it. Speisekarte ansehen

We have bought food from here for ten years and it was always good. I don't rate the pizza's but that's because I like a thin crusty base but the toppings are good and generous. The kebabs are really good and since the COVID-19 lockdown we've started having home delivery and you can't fault them. Getting the hang of the ordering system takes a few go's but when successful it even gives you an Estimated Time of Delivery. Guys' thanks for staying open and keeping the home delivery going. It helps to make the lockdown bearable.

I've been going here on and off for 15 years ever since I moved to Fair Oak. Food is always good quality (given it's a kebab shop, not a Michelin starred restaurant), cooked to order, and in a timely way. The staff and friendly, Prices are fair. I bumped into an Environmental Health Officer here a few years ago who was doing the standard checks, and he was most complementary about the levels of cleanliness and hygiene. I'm partial to the pizzas, and especially the garlic bread with mushrooms. The Carribean burgers are good, as are the cheesy chips. My wife is particularly keen on their chicken kebabs. If you're looking for kebabs, pizzas or burgers in Fair Oak, give it a go.

We ordered our food around 17:40, our order arrived quite promptly which was greeted by jubilant cheers by my children. We were missing an order of cheesy chips and since we ordered over £37, were expecting our FREE garlic bread with cheese which also was missing. First of all we were accused of lying because the man on the phone, packed the bag himself and the chips were “definitely” in the bag. Well they certainly were not! The fact that this man had the audacity to accuse us of lying over a measly portion of cheesy chips, is just pathetic.
