I was very impressed with the customer service at this restaurant. They offered us complimentary appetizers because our meal would be delayed by 15 minutes. The staff was all very pleasant, and I will definitely return. Speisekarte ansehen

When I went for my birthday the customer service was very good. Better than most of the other Nandos branches I've visited so far and as always the food was very nice. Would go again. Especially now since it won't be as busy as its launch day.

It was fantastic to be back at the outdoor tables at Nando's Rushmere. I really appreciate the virtual waiting queue, the service was great and came with a smile, and of course, the food was amazing! Make sure to try the new Visum xx hot sauce.

Really good experience, especially for people with allergies! All staff really nice, especially the manager and the guy who served us (didn't get his name but had glasses and ginger hair). They cleaned everything before cooking to prevent any reaction, will definitely be back! Speisekarte ansehen

I wasn’t very impressed to be honest. It was my first time at Nando’s, and I don’t think I’ll be going back. Ordering food was really frustrating. I get that Covid restrictions have limited face-to-face interactions with staff, but I didn’t like this setup at all. The app was annoying, and my partner ended up having to reorder the entire meal. The food was decent, but honestly, the crispy skin chicken didn’t have much crispiness to it. There was also no ice in the ice machine, but at least the drinks were served ice cold.

I had a second visit on November 2, 2018, and again enjoyed a fantastic meal with exceptional service. It’s definitely worth a visit. I went back in June 2019 to try the new items on the menu, and once again, great staff and incredibly clean surroundings made for an amazing dining experience. Nando's is back in full swing! On May 4, 2021, I ordered takeaway for dinner. The food was just as good as ever, and the staff were outstanding and very accommodating. They had all the necessary distancing protocols in place. I highly recommend going back to experience the excellent service!

Foods not bad. Saves me firing up the bbq but at same time I could make it better myself in the same amount of time for alot less money. Service is good but strange way to order food depending on how spicy ya want your chicken. Sauces they have aren't great either. Their coleslaw was the best thing that stood out for me plus the garlic bread was burnt and not great. I don't see what the big fuss is about nando's. You can create the same if not better food for alot less in your back garden on a bbq with sauces you actually use and like. Atmosphere was strange and extremely quiet. Was like eating in a library.
