Nando's - Speisekarte

It’s a Nando’s! Enough said! Actually I will say I found the lady policing the bottomless juice machine a bit irritating.

Staff seem disengaged and unhappy. Service is slap dash. Not a great experience. My chicken burger tasted good but was small. Won't be back.

I absolutely loved the service at this restaurant. Everything was fantastic and Verise ensured that everything was perfect and seamless. I will definitely be returning. The service was impeccable, 10/10. Speisekarte ansehen

Table wasn’t wiped properly and had slop on it. Starter and main arrived at same time after about 30 mins of waiting. Ordered a second drink but didn’t arrive until over 30 mins later after had finished meal. Seem to be very short staffed.

Front of house (door) staff is really rude. Quite a bad attitude to let someone who despises people go work as a front of house. She should honestly stay in the back if she doenst want to be nice to people who pay their wages. Customers should be first priority over bad attitude. Won’t come here again. Also not halal.

Food was of exceptional quality. Grilled white meat with a variety of choices with some vegeterian and heathier options. The service was good as well, with the staff being kind and the food arriving quick and fresh. I liked the atmosphere, too. There was a good view of the mall. Nice tables, chairs and decorations. I visited Nando’s Westfield Shepherd Bush on Monday. I had a lunch with my daughter and my sister, the service was slow and the cups weren’t cleaned properly and they smelled. There wasn’t enough sauces for customers and because the chicken wasn’t cooked properly, I was food poisoned. I ended up taking painkillers because I was in so much pain. I’ll never visit this restaurant again, it’s really disappointing.

I ordered a sandwich, but after waiting 35 minutes, the food still hadn't arrived. I informed the manager, who said she would check on it, but nothing changed. I waited a while longer and eventually got fed up. I went to the till and asked them to cancel my order and refund my payment. People who arrived after me all received their food and left, but my sandwich seemed to be taking forever. Overall, the service was poor.

worst nando’s i’ve ever been to, the staff were unhelpful and rude all except one and we waited 50 minutes for our food to come despite telling multiple members of staff! definitely will NEVER be coming here again! there were also plates of leftover food by other customers that were laying around for over an hour which was absolutely disgusting. when the food did finally arrive it was cold. some staff members were rude and said “you can wait a bit longer for your food” when we had been waiting 50 minutes. one nice staff member offered us free desserts to make up for it. but honestly avoid this nando’s at all cost!
