I placed a pre-order at 3am for 5:50pm the next day, and they said the food was being prepared. However, they canceled it just 40 minutes before the scheduled delivery time. This is unacceptable!

Food took 2.5 hrs to be delivered. Website stated 1.5 hrs. Food was cold on arrival. Very disappointing. When I called the takeaway they said they only had one driver. However, order was accepted even though they knew they wouldn't be able to deliver on time.

Ordered at 730pm through their own website. Food still hadn't arrived at 930pm after the website said 80mins delivery time. Called at 930pm to be told that they only had 1 driver and my order would be another 30mins. No apology or refund for delivery. Food was cold when it arrived. Very disappointing. Speisekarte ansehen

I placed a delivery order at 6:10 and called twice to inquire about the status, being told that my food was on its way. However, it took 2 hours for my order to arrive and when it did, it was incorrect. The customer service over the phone was poor during both calls. The quality of the food that did arrive was not great. I do not plan on using this restaurant again.

Eaten a few times from here but sadly will be the last. Food was nearly an hour late and Luke warm. I had the Tom yum soup and lemon chicken from here for the first time, it wasnt amazing but wasn't the worst I'd had. within a few hours of consuming the food I developed terrible stomach cramps and diarrhea along with vomiting. I was up all night and a day later I still have the symptoms. It's awful. I hope the establishment takes note of this and looks into how the food was prepared/kept and the hygiene of the kitchen on the 31/10/2020 so this can be avoided in the future.

I ordered online at 20.20pm,my estimated delivery time was between 21:45pm and 22:05pm..we waited,and waited AND WAITED....in the end I phoned royal grand up at around 21:30pm and 21:35pm and asked where our order was.. After 25-30 seconds of shouting I heard in the background,the lady who answered the phone,and put me on hold a minute,came back to the phone and said it 's coming now ...after anoylther 20 minutes,the food EVENTUALLY arrived.. this was 22:55pm..I was close to telling the delivery driver to take the food back,and to tell the restaurant to shove it ,but we had waited that long,we were hungry! I did question him as to WHY was it SOOOOOO LATE Speisekarte ansehen
