Norton Park - Speisekarte

The atmosphere and food were enjoyable. The staff was friendly and helpful. My only critique is that I had to ask for milk for my coffee three times.

cold starter directly from the refrigerator. warm starters reheated. mainly very averaged. desserts and mains purchased personal very attentive and polite.

The restaurant was stunning, with a diverse menu and delicious food. It made for a memorable special occasion, and the service from the staff was excellent. The decor was beautiful, and the drink selection was impressive. Speisekarte ansehen

We were staying at this Spa Hotel Friday Sat eve made a booking for Sat evening being joined by sister hubby. There was a good atmosphere, food was delicious service prompt. Would definitely book restaurant again if stay in this hotel in the future.

I booked the afternoon tea for my mum and daughter as a Mother’s Day treat. The food and setting was great. I would suggest maybe a small savoury dish maybe crisps to balance out the sweetness. At the time of booking I checked the price on line and it was £20.00 each but when I received the bill it was £25.00 each!

My wife and I often have afternoon tea at local hotels and restaurants. Value for money was the worst we had seen. Selection was poor and minimal. We were the only guests in the restaurant it was cold and bland. I would recommend someone from the hotel visits local competitors such as Oakley Hall or Tylney Hall where the cost is similar but the value for money is much greater. Speisekarte ansehen

Choice of food was limited, and the quality was nothing to write home about. My wife ordered Chicken Supreme which consisted of a piece of chicken and virtually nothing else, e.g., a sauce. The meals arrived within 10 minutes of ordering, which probably explains why the chicken was overcooked and dry. Interestingly we stayed at another Q hotel last year, Dunstan Hall, and didn't rate their food either.

a disappointing eating service for a party of 3 after a long wait 2 of the meals arrived the 3rd meal a simple pizza apparently “was not of good quality to present” so that another was made. nothing was offered to this person while waiting for their meal, it came to pass when the other 2 men had finished their meal. the chicken supreme that would be in a creamy sauce huh, was in the regular a piece roasted chicken a bit green chips!

We were not even offered a hot drink like tea or coffee, and when we attempted to get updates, the staff walked past our table without any acknowledgment. After waiting for about 15 minutes, we finally had to ask for assistance again. All the cakes and pastries served were store-bought, and the cream for the desserts came from a spray can. When a plate of mint cake arrived, it was placed down rather abruptly, and we still had to inquire about the rest of the sweet treats and sandwiches. Another half hour went by before a plate of sandwiches was finally brought out, most of which were not even mentioned on the festive menu.
