The cafe has the worst organization and the slowest service of any garden center in the area!

Menu is not clear. It says sandwiches come chips or salad. However I had to pay extra for my chips as apparently this doesn't apply to the sandwich I choose. (And chips were then brought separately were cold!

Wow, this garden center is fantastic! The only downside is that they don't sell live animals, which is a bit disappointing. The café has great food, especially the victorious sponge cake. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the place is very spacious. We all really enjoyed our visit!

This establishment really needs to improve its management of the cafeteria; the prices for toast are utterly ridiculous. Moreover, none of the staff seemed friendly; they all looked rather unhappy. When I approached the cashier to discuss the pricing issue, she responded in a shocking manner, remarking, "All you O.A.P. are well off." My friend and I were taken aback by her comment. We had a delightful surprise yesterday when we visited Notcutts Café for coffee. The new kitchen facility prompted us to try breakfast, and what a wonderful choice that was! The food was freshly prepared and incredibly tasty. The only drawback was the lack of staff, which caused the coffee and food orders to move slowly on Friday morning, leading some customers to leave in frustration. It's unfortunate, because the delicious food is definitely worth its price and deserves a better service experience.

We loved our experience at this beautiful, spacious location filled with lovely gifts, plants, and garden furniture. The animal store is fantastic, with animals that are clearly well cared for. The restaurant is wonderful as well—spacious and impeccably clean, with high-quality ingredients. Our breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed our lunch so much the day before that we returned. The service was efficient and friendly, with a special shout-out to the delightful Mia. Everything was exceedingly well done. We will definitely be back and hope to try the afternoon tea, which looked fabulous!

Oh wow! Our visit today was incredibly disappointing. I remember that for many years, Notcutts was the go-to place for all Christmas decorations and much more. However, the entire store was so bare that I couldn't believe my eyes. We approached a staff member to inquire about the missing Christmas merchandise, but she looked at us as if we were crazy and spoke to us condescendingly. She mentioned, "Oh, we haven't had anything like that since the start of Covid." While we were there, we noticed that everything was overpriced compared to other garden centers. We definitely won't be returning anytime soon, which is unfortunate because this used to be one of the best garden centers around. Speisekarte ansehen
