Average restaurant with nice staff. The food is good enough to fill your stomach, nothing further. The staff are helpful in recommendations but the food certainly needs more improvement.

L'apparenza fa più della realtà. Il ristobar ha un servizio abbastanza veloce, la coda all'ingresso è stata smaltita facilmente dal personale. Sempre con il sorriso e davvero molto disponibile. The worst Italian food I have ever tried. They didn’t have pesto sauce simply because “it’s in the making”. Truffle pasta was with a lot of water and had a very strange plain taste. Pasta carbonara was dry and very undone, the sauce on the contrary was overcooked, pancetta was poorly cut. Had to ask for additional cheese to add some taste to the food.

The food was so average in my opinion. Lucky it’s not a two-stars. The carbonara was appalling, wasn’t able to finish it. Way too cheesy. The burger had no bun? The pizza with peppers was cold, slimy and all of the peppers fell off. When I went to order the bill, it took 10 minutes for the waitress to bring it, keep in mind the restaurant is literally empty so there are no other priorities. I wouldn’t recommend, much better options around.

Review from Singaporean visit on 27 Aug 22. Location : outlet mall other end .. opposite Gucci .level 1 Service : I went in 20 min before kitchen closes but the staff allow me to order . I appreciate that . I order pizza.. chicken and one desert and 1 wine . Food wise ok. Pizza portion is good but crust slightly more thick. Other was ok. Service : good and nice . Ci siamo fermate a pranzare qui oggi è me siamo rimaste piacevolmente stupite! Il locale ha un’atmosfera molto elegante e i piatti oltre ad essere molto buoni sono anche veramente ben presentati, inoltre c’è anche ampia scelta. Noi abbiamo ordinato dei taglierini al tartufo e gli schiaffoni alla sorrentina, infine come dolci abbiamo preso una torta alla ricotta di bufala e cocco con dressing di lampone è un cannolo siciliano agli agrumi. Tutto veramente squisito e il personale è molto gentile, consigliato!

Made a reservation for late lunch (16:00). During our stay the stuff decided to clean the cutlery that came out of the dishwasher, banging and making noise for 10 minutes straight in the bar area next to the seating. At that time there were us and another couple in the restaurant. We were trying to eat our course of pizza and lasagne that had ordered. The lasagna was burned and we said that to the waitress as well as please the noise is defening . Bottom line , we asked for the check and they still charged us for the lasagna. It's not the money we spent that was the problem but the total lack of professionalism and disregard of the customers in the restaurant when still in service

We entered the restaurant and the staff just looked from afar. We then thought do we just find our own seats or?? Finally someone came over and sat us near the door (which was obvious being open and shut multiple times) so we asked if we could sit on the opposite side away from the draft. We were initially told no, but we finally got through to them. We had to call the waiter over after 20 mimutes of being there to ask for a drink and order our meal. The staff brought out complimentary bread to other diners except us.
