"Used this Chinese about 3 times now. First 2 have been amazing. Erik the manager has been lovely and food has been great. Tonight was an awful experience on the phone : the young lady who answered was very rude and blunt. Before I could finish saying what I wanted she would cut me off at the end of each item with a sharp “yep” making me feel like I was a bother. I then proceeded to ask to pay half card and half cash as I was splitting it with someone. I could hear her in the background getting annoyed with Erik asking what half of it was. Telling him to hurry up and clearly getting frustrated. Speaking to him in rude way. At the end of the phone call her response was “k bye” then put the phone down. 10 minutes later I rang up again because my normal order comes to £26 but this order was £33. So I rang up asking why this was and all she says was “have you had a new menu” i replied “no” she said ok then put the phone down!!!! I understand prices have gone up but she didn’t explain that was Just really rude. Put me off ordering : she shouldn’t be working in customer service if that’s how she makes people feel"

Very tasty, not overly salty. Never had a bad meal however do have a habit of forgetting items so always have to double check the order. If it’s not drinks that they have forgotten it’s the mains.

I just wanted to mention that this is the best Chinese restaurant in Stoke-on-Trent! The staff is always friendly and quick, and the food is fantastic! They have the best prawn toast and curry around!

Ordered a portion of chips chicken ball and curry sauce . Menu stated it was £5.80 only to find out I was charged £10.80 for a totally different portion size which I did not ask for . . Won’t be using them again Speisekarte ansehen

I have tried a few Chinese takeaways around the area but always use Ocean now, the food is always spot on and the portions are a good size, staff are friendly and delivery is always quick, i would recommend them to anyone wanting chinese food.

I attended a farewell dinner tonight, and it was fantastic. It was truly the best Chinese food I've ever had. The salt and pepper chicken starter was out of this world. The service was outstanding. I highly recommend this restaurant. There’s no reason to go anywhere else; if you dine here, you won’t be disappointed!

This was my first experience with this takeaway, and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly when I placed my order, which was prepared quickly. It was a Tuesday night, so I expected it to take longer, but I was served promptly. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. I’m excited to try more items from the menu!

I just had my first experience with this chinese. decided to test some of the menus as we were looking for a good chinese in the opposite. I have to say this place hit him out of the park. from service on the phone and delivery time. it was amazing eating came hot and everything tasted super. we could actually see that every dish was prepared independently because the veg was actually properly mixed with the food. not only layer up like a few places. good proportions and great value. will definitely try more of this place in future. keep the good workers up. thanks for a great meal.
