Old Swan Minster Mill

A very cosy atmosphere with a log fire. The staff were very friendly. The pies that we had were great beef and lamb. Good beers too.

Found this by accident. Female member of staff was super chatty and friendly. Very cosy and a great location on the river. I was struck by their welcoming nature for non alcoholic drinkers they do non vodka cocktails and non gin and tonics etc.... Speisekarte ansehen

Met up with a group of friends from school and this lovely pub was about half way for all of us! The pub is easy to find with a large car park at the rear. The staff were all friendly and welcoming not at all what other reviewers have said! . Service was very good and the food lovely. We wanted to catch up with each other so conversation was our main aim and the ladies who served us made us feel like there was no rush, and were patient when we tried to choose which pie to have! Overall it was a lovely lunch, with very good service at a very reasonable cost. We will be back. Thank you everyone at the Old Swan!

We have visited the Old Swan and Minster Mill four times now and have never been disappointed. The cozy charm of the old pub is matched by its comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast options are great, including healthy choices and traditional English food. Our golden retriever, Remus, especially enjoyed the treats and extra sausage given to him by Kim. The staff were all friendly and efficient, going out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Our room, Wessex, had a lovely terrace area, although the weather in January didn't allow us to enjoy it.
