Great homemade pasta made with passion! Personally served! Bruschetta and prosciutto starter were excellent! We had Ravioli with spinach/ricotta and ravioli with artichoke. All were excellent! English below Friends, this is now my favorite cafe in Pisa. We saw the “we speak Russian” sign only on the second day, which turned out to be a bonus, but that’s not what attracted us to this place. The establishment was advertised as one of the few in the city that serves homemade pasta. There were not many expectations, because... It just seemed like a good marketing ploy.
