Their lunch menus are nice and filling (starter, main and dessert) - a pizza menu and a gnocchi menu. The food was on the salty side, though, but other than that it was good.

We found the place through TA while we were shopping in Donaucentrum mall. The food was Italian, large portions, quite tasty, and the interior was ok. Try tiramisu dessert - lots of Amaretto. Speisekarte ansehen

We went to the olive restaurant in vienna on the first night of our stay as we were all tired and just looking for somewhere to eat. We picked the olive restaurant as it looked as though there were many families enjoying a what looked like a delicious meal. We entered and were immediatly seated with a friendly and happy waiter. We ordered drinks and food. Whilst waiting for our food to arrive (not that it took long), we enjoyed the great ambience available. Our food was absolutely delicious and good value for money. We would definitly recommend this to anyine who visits vienna. This was a fantastic entry into vienna.

Wir besuchten das Olive Restaurant in Wien am ersten Abend unseres Aufenthalts, da wir alle müde waren und einfach etwas zu essen suchten. Wir wählten das Olive Restaurant, weil es so aussah, als würden viele Familien ein köstliches Essen genießen. Wir wurden sofort von einem freundlichen und fröhlichen Kellner an unseren Tisch geführt. Wir bestellten Getränke und Essen. Während wir auf unser Essen warteten (es dauerte nicht lange), genossen wir die großartige Atmosphäre. Unser Essen war absolut köstlich und preiswert. Wir würden es definitiv jedem empfehlen, der Wien besucht. Es war ein fantastischer Einstieg in Wien.

The whole family ( 3 teenagers and 2 parents )were in this nice restaurant for about the 4th time. Every time we stay there we've got excellent food. If we ordered antipasti, pizza, pasta, grilled meat - every meal tastes good, hot, spicy. The waiters are very nice and helpful and you don't wait a long time to get the meal. For me and my family is this restaurant the best one in Donauzentrum/Donauplex ( most of the restaurants there are asian or burger or unfriendly ).Aslo the smoking area is a separate room ( not like in a zoo, behind glass where the people look about you if you be quasimodo because you're a smoker ) with a good air-condition, so that nonsmokers in the other room doesn't sm...
