In a quiet, delightful alley in the historic center, Franco proposes a genuine and tasty cuisine, linked to the territory. Very pleasant environment both inside and in the pleasant dehors, attentive and courteous service. Highly recommended.

I loved this new restaurant. the food was excellent. the owner/server paired weine with each excellent. flavors of the foods were highlighted with the crops. the menu is interesting without care. all about a fabulous meal. they just start and for a new place are the extras at their crafts.

new place with young entrepreneurial spirits made the whole evening really great from broth soup and smoked ham as appetizers to pasta with truffles. the owner led us to the local weeping and that was a wonderful call how to make the local syrah grapes for the perfect pairing with his work.

terrace is cozy and small (three tables). the workers do their best, but very impatient. I was looking for a walk to see if we're done. as soon as we drop our forks, the plate was taken away immediately. eating was okay, but compared to other restaurants... where we ate during our holidays, something overpriced.

we went several times during our stay in cortona. we tried the pici alle’aglione, leber, truffle pasta and pasta with ragu. they were all great meals, especially the aglione. the only disappointment was the truffle pasta that was missing a little in the truffle taste. house. wine was really good value for money.

this nice restaurant found by a sign on one of the main roads in cortona (via dordona). the food was very good and unique and the server very helpful! it even brought us free prosecco, truffle appy and appetizer! Finally the decor was authentic and well suited (see pictures) definitely recommend this new restaurant!

We were lucky to find this lovely restaurant in Cortona as it was down a small alley way off the Main Street. We ate a three course meal and it was delicious. The ingredients were obviously very fresh and everything was beautifully presented.The restaurant had...traditional qualities with a modern twist. Very chic! The staff were friendly and welcoming. Would thoroughly recommend this place and if we return to Cortona would definitely eat there again. It was the nicest meal we experienced during our stay .

my man and I spent 3 nights in cortona ende juni. we had eaten 15 years ago in this same restaurant, among others management. I ordered capellacci with basilikum, cherry tomatoes and pine nuts...selected fresh. tomato with taste and pasta homemade. my side of caponata was like no one I had ever tasted. so mild and fresh and delicious. the greatest surprise was the dish of my man from black liver packed in cholic fat with lorberry leaf, shimmered in a super fragrant fennel sauce. when I tasted it, I closed my eyes and was transported back to the kitchen of my oma and wrapped their simple black liver with a rose leaf. the fennel sauce laid the court over the top. the prices were reasonable, wi...
