Cucina ricercata, materie prime di alta qualità e prezzi decisamente proporzionati... forse anche un po’ bassi rispetto al livello della cucina.

In un tranquillo, delizioso vicolo in pieno centro storico, Franco propone una cucina schietta e gustosa, legata al territorio. Ambiente molto gradevole sia all'interno che nel piacevole dehors, servizio attento e cortese. Consigliatissimo.

In a quiet, delightful alley in the historic center, Franco proposes a genuine and tasty cuisine, linked to the territory. Very pleasant environment both inside and in the pleasant dehors, attentive and courteous service. Highly recommended.

Scelto per mancanza di opzioni si è rivelato un'ottima decisione. Piatti gustosi e ben presentati, personale cortese e preparato. Il locale molto curato e stiloso sembra aperto da poco, gli manca quell'odore di vissuto ma questo non è per forza un male. Prezzi accettabili. Speisekarte ansehen

I loved this new restaurant. the food was excellent. the owner/server paired weine with each excellent. flavors of the foods were highlighted with the crops. the menu is interesting without care. all about a fabulous meal. they just start and for a new place are the extras at their crafts.

new place with young entrepreneurial spirits made the whole evening really great from broth soup and smoked ham as appetizers to pasta with truffles. the owner led us to the local weeping and that was a wonderful call how to make the local syrah grapes for the perfect pairing with his work.

this nice restaurant found by a sign on one of the main roads in cortona (via dordona). the food was very good and unique and the server very helpful! it even brought us free prosecco, truffle appy and appetizer!
