Roasted potatoes was really good!! Beef was great as well and the owners were super friendly~ Highly recommend!

They squeezed us in on a busy Saturday night. Starters were OK, main was good and pudding was excellent!! Good Italian cooking. Meat cooked on the grill. Tasty food and nice atmosphere.

Beef was very good especially the sheered beef with mushroom and we had to order a second serving. Penne with gorgonzola was kind of salty to our likings. Very traditional Italian restaurant and speaks little English.

Amazing meat. Very, very good. You do have to make sure you understand the bill. We were surprised somewhat, as were other guests of the restaurant. They have a buffet of vegetables and this is very, very overpriced. Overall, great authentic experience

Ristorante storico, che è rimasto fedele alla sua lunga tradizione. Servizio al tavolo curato dal Patron del ristorante, con estrema professionalità e attenzione. Fiorentina semplicemente straordinaria. Conquista il cuore solo delle persone che hanno un cuore. Complimenti.

Tutto buono fino al conto (senza scontrino). Conviene entrare con le mani alzate perché tanto alla fine ti senti rapinato. euro in sei persone. Antipasto: salame e prosciutto crudo. Sei secondi. Vino della casa. dolci e amari. Prezzo onesto sarebbe ah ho dimenticato i contorni (patatine fritte e fagioli bianchi). Ci tornerei, ma con la finanza.

Ottimo ristorante di carne, cotta alla brace con grande maestria. Da provare e' la tagliata, ottima anche la costata e la fiorentina. Degni di nota anche i contorni e le altre pietanze. Da non perdere i cantucci con pezzetti di fichi secchi quando ci sono. La qualita' si paga ma il rapporto e' senz'altro corretto.. Unico neo e' dato dal propietario, competente ma a volte un poco troppo presente

personale molto gentile, camera spaziosa e buon servizio. Il personale è certamente vecchio e questo vi fa capire che siete in un luogo storico per la città, certamente deve essere stato sull'onda di successo negli anni '90. al momento è un buon posto per provare la cucina locale. Ho letto in altre recensioni che l'account era un po' salato e non corrispondeva al consumo, non sono d'accordo. Il mio conto era giusto e pertinente. Tornerei, buon taglio!

Wow! Wow! Wow!!! It was our last night in Italy and we wanted to make sure we ended with authentic Italian cuisine and flavors. La Carbonella was perfecto! It is run/owned by a husband and wife who speak little English, though not a problem. They are very friendly and nice. The husband more so and his wife a bit reserved at first. If we were staying another night, we would return for dinner. They make a very good Florentine steak! Very tasty! The owner learned from the best. They know how to prepare meat. The husband was attentive during dinner and communicated how we dip our bread to finish up all the fine sauce from the steak. We are so glad he did. We finished and cleaned off our plates....
