Osteria Pepo - Speisekarte

A nice small restaurant in a quiet-ish side street. Very friendly service and excellent pasta. The tiramisu was also delicious. Good value for money.

Food and service were equally good, tasty, and a good value. The shared antipasto plate for two fed three of us and at €18 was surprising. House made pasta with a cream sauce and shaved truffle is a dish I’d happily order again, my daughter enjoyed her pasta with wild boar ragu.

Recommended by our hotel I had the pork cinghiale and it was delicious. Very filling. Tira misu was a delicious dessert. House red wine was really good too. Very helpful and friendly server. Got lucky and sat next to a couple who we talked to through the whole meal. A very friendly delicious place!

My family and I were disappointed after dining here on our last night in Florence; the servers seemed confused throughout the night as they got one of our meals and some of our drinks wrong; and when th food came out it left a lot to be desired; I really wanted to enjoy eating here but between the taste of our food and very slow service I would not recommend eating here again; Speisekarte ansehen

I made the mistake to order the steak which honestly may have been the worst steak I have ever had in what is considered a good restaurant. The steak was cooked well,the way I wanted it but the steak was very tuff. My wife ordered the stewed wild boar and it was excellent. The owner was apologetic and offered me more food which I declined. I was charged in full and wrote it off to a bad experience.

This restaurant is a very nice and welcoming place, ideally located, not too far from the city center but still away from the crowd and the noise. The waiters were very kind, welcoming and understanding (we were able to stay and talk even after our diner was over without being told to leave . I highly recommend their raviolis with truffles exquisite ! If you're looking for somewhere to taste real Italian pastas, don't look any further ! Honestly the best pastas I've ever eaten ! We really appreciated our family diner in this restaurant : (With a special mention for the menus in french !

Giving it 1 because I cannot give 0. Firstly, we received free Prosecco before dinner which was nice and tasty. Additionally the lasagna tasted very good. But that’s where the good ends. The service was extremely slow for us to order we were sitting for about 40 minutes before someone took it. We had a train to catch and couldn’t wait forever so after 30 minutes of waiting I asked a waiter if he could take our order. He was very rude and told me “no I am dealing with another table right now”. Then I heard him tell the table behind us “thank you for waiting, some customers are very impatient”. 10 minutes later someone takes our order and the food arrives very quickly.
