Piatti molto ricercati negli abbinamenti. Dalla prima all'ultima, ogni pietanza aveva un sapore particolare, studiato, ben assemblato: molto molto gradevoli. Unico neo: le portate, nonostante siano presentate con gusto ed in piatti ricercati, sono piuttosto scarse. Più che altro rapportate ai prezzi. Ottima carta dei vini."

Bellissima location, piatti molto buoni e ben curati, servizio impeccabile. Unico neo, per cui non riceve stelle la mozzarella sulla Pappa al pomodoro.

One of the best meals we had on our three week trip through Italy. We did the six course chef’s choice tasting menu and everything was absolutely outstanding. The tortellini pasta stuffed with rabbit, rabbit hazelnut jus, and wild fennel was a particular standout.

We had the best truffle pasta here—better than any we’ve had at Michelin-starred restaurants in Asia! The service was equally outstanding. We stayed in the village for four days and ended up dining here twice, as they were closed on one of the nights.
