Food was good, also delivery driver was polite which made a big difference in the service

lots of pizza fillings to chose from and the staff are on the ball to serve you what you want. fair prices and your tummy will be full with what you order

They sent the wrong pizza and when I called to complain they said accused me of lying and hung up on me. Worst pizza and customer service in town! Order at your peril! Speisekarte ansehen

Only ever tried here once and the pizza was fine and the in shop service was fine but if you want to order delivery by phone forget it. They tell you that you must download their app. No thanks.

Finding a decent takeaway is like finding a decent car mechanic; you trust them to do the job but never quite sure what you're going to get. This was by far the best takeaway pizza I've had in a long time. The customer service was excellent too. Outstanding.

My partner placed an order for a pizza more than an hour ago, they have already charged us but have not provided any updates on the order status. I have attempted to contact the restaurant 10 times, but they have not answered the phone. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I got food poisoning symptoms after eating here last year, didn't review as can't prove it but response from management was disgusting. Other reviews have mentioned food poisoning and even workers boasting about not washing hands so wanted to add my experience so you can see it seems to be a pattern and probably not fake complaints. Used to love PJ before i lived in Darlington, now I'll never order again.

I am very disappointed with the food at Papa John's now. How can they make such a bad pizza? It is very difficult to do, but they managed to make it taste like a child could have made it. After just a few bites, I will not be returning. Something tastes really terrible. Honestly, it is that bad. I used to love their food, but something has changed. I will update if I get sick. Thank you, Papa John's, for the worst pizza I have ever had.

Usually go to Dominos, been wondering for ages whether Papa Johns was worth a go. It wasn't.Possibly even pricier than Domino's (but not much in it) pizzas were exactly like those terrible cheap rubbery ones from standard little takeaway. Except twice as expensive of course. Ingredients were barely detectable, the cheese was flat and rubbery and my jaw started to ache after ploughing through the third slice. If I didn't live 15 minutes away I would have taken it back.Oh, in the interest of balance, the little marmite and cheese doughball kind of things were OK.Back to domino's for me that's for sure.
