We are golden friends of the paradors and we are totally defrauded of this parador. little had to do with the good experiences we had in other paradors. in the dining room was a terrible heat. the service of the waiters was very poor. They were excessively slow, we had to repeat several times and we needed many details like serving the wine or cleaning the table to remove all the dishes before bringing the desserts. There were shameful dishes. For example, the salad of spinach leaves with cheese was small (a lot of green with only 2 cherry tomatoes and 2 pieces of cheese) and the sepionet knew nothing. It looked like a hospital dish. all this is not worth what we had to pay for this dinner....

Somos amigos dorados de Paradors y estamos totalmente defraudados de este Parador. Poco tuvo que ver con las buenas experiencias que tuvimos en otros Paradores. En el comedor era un calor terrible. El servicio de los camareros era bastante pobre. Eran excesivamente lentos, tuvimos que repetirles varias veces y necesitábamos muchos detalles como servir el vino o limpiar la mesa para quitar todos los platos antes de traer postres. Había platos vergonzosos. Por ejemplo, la ensalada de hojas de espinacas con queso era pequeña (mucho de verde con sólo 2 tomates de cereza y 2 pedazos de queso) y el sepionet no sabía nada. Parecía un plato hospitalario. Todo esto no vale la pena lo que teníamos que...

I would describe this as hotel food rather than restaurant food. Portions were good but everything except the salmon was a bit dull. I had boneless lamb shank with boulangère potatoes and that’s exactly what I was served. I large pièce of under seasoned lamb on a bed of rather tired potatoes. No veg , no garnish , not much sauce. For dessert I had cheesecake with red fruits, ice cream and a bizarre Parmesan tuile which brought nothing to the dish. The cheesecake was tasty but again a bit stodgy as if it had been made a few days ago. Apparently the lentil purée amuse buche we were served was not courtesy of the restaurant but added to the bill which was not explained. The service was friendly...
