Delicious fried foods, I recommend the panelle, vegetables and courgette flowers. Very friendly and smiling staff. The only flaw: the tables were a little dirty due to the large turnout. Dirty environment, with pigeons walking or fluttering peacefully (the employees don't care), music that breaks your eardrums so that you can't even have a chat, employees who are not at all professional and who are absent, if you need something you have to wait for their convenience, after they have finished eating, drinking and doing their own business they dedicate themselves to the customer... the food is delicious!! Reference to the trapez pier sales point. The staff are very flabby , I don 't mind the boys but a bit of liveliness and a few smiles wouldn 't go amiss, the fried squid was executed with evident technical deficiency, let me explain, the squid is dry as it is overcooked and served without salt, pointed out I put all the salt in the pan, resulting in a little salt on top and all the salt on the bottom.
