I approached to ask where we could leave an umbrella, which we were allowed to take near a small shop when it started to rain heavily. In Belgium, these umbrellas can be left in any suitable place, so I wanted to clarify whether it is necessary to return them to this particular place here. The girl tried to convince me that we stole the umbrella... Then we were served by an Italian woman, a nice girl, but she kept forgetting everything. I would not come back here."
