Storico Bar sito in via etnea arredamento un po dotato ma servizio e cortesia ottima sempre buona la Tavola calda e pasticceria.

this was a favorite and we went several times. it is on the Via Etnea and if the weather is not too toasty it is pleasant to sit outside. i discovered the aperol spritzer and found my hot weather drink. it is sharp and tart and with lots of ice is superb.

Mi sono sposata nella loro fantastica villa...ottimi gli interni e il cibo eccezionale, abbondante e di qualità. Personalmente soni rimasta molto soddisfatta e penso anche i miei invitati. Lo staff gentilissimo, sia durante l'organizzazione che durante il ricevimento. Immenso è squisito il buffet di dolci. 10 e lode

Visitato nel pomeriggio di sabato 14 settembre con mia figlia. Abbiamo ordinato un cono ed una coppetta al bancone, che abbiamo consumato tranquillamente al tavolo senza alcun sovrapprezzo. Potete andare a qualsiasi ora, troverete sempre qualcosa che solletica il vostro gusto, laVostra fantasia culinaria…specialità catanesi e siciliane. Non vi perdete la cartocciata assolutamente, di qualsiasi gusto la preferiate, anche se personalmente consiglio la classica pomodoro cotto e formaggio. E non vi perdete la brioche con la granita. Vista sul lungo mare. Prezzi nella media catanese.

Una delle migliori Pasticcerie in centro a Catania, si trova praticamente la maggior parte dei nostri dolci tipici, da quelli secchi al cucchiaio e buonissimi gelati. Ottima la tavola calda molto varia e gustosa. Vale la pena di fare qualche metro in più in Via Etnea e sedersi e gustare le varie possibilità offerte da Mantegna. Inoltre da molti anni questa ditta si occupa anche di Catering e cene in bellissime location.

This small place on Via Etnea is specialized both in savoury and in sweets. On one side side there is the bar and hot food (excellent vegetarian arancini both spinach and eggplant) and on the other a vast array of sicilian sweets (only thing I didn't like there was the cassata which seemed sweeter than they usually are, it was sickly to my tastes). Always reliable, long opening hours, definitely worth the visit! My only grumble (as a not wealthy vegetarian) would be that the vegetarian arancini were half the size of the meat ones yet cost the same! Other than that, very friendly service.
